Valley WAP Gateway is a collection of protocols (WSP) and mark up languages along with infrastructure that provide web browsing services for mobile devices. Users can access the information they are interested in when using WAP enabled devices. Valley WAP-GW is Valley WAP-GW is a platform independent product and fully compliant with the WAP 2.0 standard. The two main advantages of WSP (Wireless session Protocol) over HTTP are coded headers and the support of push operations. WAP uses coded headers to reduce the amount of data that is transmitted over the air.
